Below you will find 4 practices, one for each phase of your cycle.

You don't have to wait for a new cycle to begin, just work out the phase you are in and start from there. If you are not sure how to do that the guide will help, but the easiest way is to count from the first day of your last period. The first day of your cycle is the first day you bleed. From there you will be able to see which phase you are in. Each phase is listed at the top of the video.

You will see a playlist for each practice, it feels so good to move with music so it's worth making the effort to get set up, all playlists link straight to Spotify.

Inner Winter | Menstruation

Approx days 1-6 - Gentle Yoga to help ground, reset and restore.

Body Talks

Moving and listening, listening and moving, your body talks to you all the time, we have just forgotten how to listen to it! Today's practice is for late Winter and we begin with a little dynamic movement and flow to start stirring energy again, but don't worry there is a VERY yummy finish and some lovely yin holds.

Inner Spring | Pre-Ovulation

Approx days 6- 12 - Dynamic movement to build strength & mobility.

Feeling into Frustration

Early spring flow, for when you've finished you bleed and need some dynamic movement but not ready for a power flow. Today we are looking to the element of wood to remind us to set strong foundations, structure and stability for us to move forward, strong roots give support to the highest of branches.

Approx days 13 -19 - Challenging movement to progress your practice.

Contained Energy

Today is about containing your energy, just because you have it, doesn't mean you have to give it all away. In Spring we laid foundations for Summer to help contain energy and set boundaries, so we are going to put the structure we worked on in Spring to the test.

Inner Autumn | Pre-Menstruation

Approx days 20-28 - Creative movement, going inwards to balance.

Sweet Release

Making space in the body in this Autumn flow. Releasing things that no longer serve us as well as physically moving through things we want to let go of. Using the element of Metal to remind us that things are never fixed and can be changed, our forms can change and so can our desires.
