Due to COVID, you must supply your own mat and props if required. Suggested props- mat, blocks, blankets and socks. Please make sure you wear comfy clothes you can move easily in. If you have any questions or want any prop recommendations please contact me here.

🚨 Important - Class Schedule Changes in September
- W/C 2nd: Class on Wednesday 4th (no class on Thursday).
- W/C 9th & 16th: No classes—I will be on holiday.
- W/C 23rd: Class on Wednesday 25th (no class on Thursday).
The scheduler will still show Thursday classes, but on the 4th and 25th, they will be on Wednesday.
