Gentle flow working into the hips with options for modifications. The perfect way to start or end your day, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting. Working to increase hip mobility can help reduce lower back pain as the hips will then borrow less from the lower back in daily movement. Also, hip mobility exercises feel awesome!
