I teach a blend of vinyasa yoga, functional movement and pilates designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and mobility, so you can move more freely and feel better in your everyday life, not just on the mat. Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use. While props will be provided, you’re very welcome to bring your own blocks, blankets, or straps if you prefer. Wear comfy clothes that let you move easily. If you have any questions or would like prop recommendations, just get in touch here.
