Cyclical living was the coping strategy I never knew I needed.
My journey to understanding my hormonal cycle was a long and lonely one.
Trying to figure it out on your tod, when most of the advice out there was never designed with cycling bodies in mind, is enough to make you think you're losing your mind.
I felt like I was giving my all to try and 'fix' myself, and kept hitting a dead end.
Here's what nobody tells you... Your menstrual cycle is so much more than just your period.
It's your energy, mood, motivation and capacity, all moving in a predictable pattern (once you know how to read it).
I got to 38, treating my body like a meat suit, along for the ride and living in total disconnect from my body. Something I carted around and openly criticised when it didn't do what I wanted.
And then cyclical living entered my world, and something shifted.
The "what's wrong with me" moments started to make sense.
And once something makes sense, you can actually do something about it.
I also knew that if I'd reached 38 without realising this, there would be others.
That's the missing education. The thing nobody taught us in school, in the GP's office, or anywhere else. And that's exactly what I'm here to give you.
Five years and many clients on, I'm here to help you shove generic tools and advice in the bin. Instead, I'll give you strategies built around your body, your cycle and your life.

There are a couple of ways we can work together, depending on where you're at.
If you're not ready to commit to a full programme, you can book individual sessions as and when you need them.
But if you're ready to go all in and really get to the bottom of things, my most popular option is the 12-session programme. This gives us time to go more in-depth, and you'll walk away with a tailored plan to support you long after our sessions have ended.

We work biweekly for around five to six months, because this gives space for our sessions to land and for you to integrate the tools and learnings into your actual life.
That breathing space matters. It gives you time for reflection and integration, so that real change can take root.

No, 12 sessions is the suggested structure, but not compulsory. Four sessions are the minimum to get started. The reason I suggest 12 is that whether we have weekly or biweekly calls, this ensures we work together for at least three months.
This time frame is really important for understanding how your menstrual cycle intersects with your neurodivergence and to develop micro habits like cycle charting.
Accountability is key here, so it’s not just something you start and stop after two weeks.
