After that, we’ll move into eight biweekly sessions over the following months, offering you continued support for up to five months.

No, 12 sessions is the suggested structure, but not compulsory. Four sessions are the minimum to get started. The reason I suggest 12 is that whether we have weekly or biweekly calls, this ensures we work together for at least three months.
This time frame is really important for understanding how your menstrual cycle intersects with your neurodivergence and to develop micro habits like cycle charting.
Accountability is key here, so it’s not just something you start and stop after two weeks.
There are three pricing options depending on your circumstances:
- £75 per session for low-income clients*
- £100 per session for self-funded clients
- £150 per session for corporate or employer-funded clients
