I see you, always navigating days when your bandwidth just isn't there, and emotional spikes that come out of nowhere.
I get it. It feels like you're constantly balancing between what you want to give and what you need, all while juggling external expectations (not to mention your own). It's exhausting.
Understanding your ND brain already feels like a full-time job. Add the emotional ups and downs of menstrual hormones into the mix, and it's like trying to solve a puzzle with missing pieces.
I know what it's like to feel like you're killing it one day and then the next you can't even face getting out of bed... like somehow, even though you know it's not true, you failed.
You’re doing your best to manage life, but some days it feels like too much.
Maybe you’ve felt it too…
- The constant internal gaslighting..."Am I overreacting, or is this just my brain… or hormones?
- The masking. Always putting on a front to meet expectations, but wondering if you'll ever just get to be yourself.
- Some days you feel unstoppable, and others, even brushing your teeth feels like climbing Everest.
But I also know you're bloody determined to figure this out…
Maybe that’s also managing PMDD, PCOS, endo, adeno, perimenopause, or any of the other chronic tagalongs, because as we know, neurodivergent brains don't always fly solo (as much as we’d like them to).
Whatever you're carrying, I see you, and I’m here to help make sense of it all.
You’ve probably tried everything, read all the books, listened to the podcasts, and followed the tips.
Some things worked (for a few weeks), but most of it wasn't designed for your brain or your body. The advice is out there, but it's missing something.
You’ve noticed…
➡️ One week, your capacity is overflowing, the next you're completely drained.
➡️ Best-laid plans seem to unravel in a morning, and you end up doing nothing.
➡️ Your emotions flip from having a lovely time at the theatre to walking home in tears because it all got too much.
Self-care routines and 'productivity hacks' just don’t seem to stick because they’re not tailored to you.
That’s because you need strategies that work for both your neurodivergent brain and your hormonal cycle.
Not generic advice, but something that actually fits your life.
That's where I come in…

Hi, I'm Samantha,
As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, cyclical living was the coping strategy I never knew I needed.
My journey to understanding my hormonal cycle and neurodivergence was a long and lonely one. Trying to figure it out (on your tod) when every solution is made with male-bodied people or NTs in mind is enough to make you think you're losing your mind.
I felt like I was giving my all to try and 'fix' myself and kept hitting a dead end.
That's because most advice isn't tailored to people like us.
5 years and many clients on, and I'm here to help you shove generic tools and support in the bin.
Instead, I'll give you strategies that finally make sense of both your brain and your body.
Let me help you...
- Understand how your hormones and neurodivergent traits intersect
- Develop your body literacy to decipher the secret language of your body
- Work with your internal rhythms to set boundaries with your bandwidth
- Build self-care practices (I’m talking rest, food, and sleep) that fit seamlessly into your life
- Create long-term, manageable changes that won’t feel like just 'another thing' on your to-do list
But here's what I really want you to know... there is nothing to fix.
Only a body and mind to understand and accept with compassion, rather than criticism.
No more internal battles. No more second-guessing. No more gaslighting yourself
NO MORE DOING IT ALONE!
How 1:1 Coaching Works
There are a couple of ways we can work together, depending on where you're at.
If you're not ready to commit to a full programme, you can book individual sessions as and when you need them.
But if you're ready to go all in and really get to the bottom of things, my most popular option is the 12-session programme. This gives us time to go more in-depth, and you'll walk away with a tailored plan to support you long after our sessions have ended.
Bloody Marvellous Minds - 12 Week Programme
Your Hormonal Blueprint
We start by mapping your cycle and hormonal shifts in detail, building a clear picture of how your body moves through each phase and what that means for your energy, mood, and capacity.
Your Neurodivergent Profile
We look at your specific neurotype and traits, how they show up day to day, and how hormones might be making them louder or quieter at different points in your cycle.
Noticing Patterns & Building Habits
With the foundations in place, the focus shifts to embedding what you've learned into your life. With supported space to integrate, notice patterns over time, you can build habits that actually stick.
Sustainable Lifestyle Design
We bring everything together everything into a personalised framework that lets you plan, work, and rest in a way that fits your brain and your cycle, long after the programme ends.
12 Personalised Sessions (thoughtfully spaced)
We work biweekly for around five to six months, because this gives space for our sessions to land and for you to integrate the tools and learnings into your actual life.
This is essential for neurodivergent brains. That breathing space matters for processing, reflection, and for things to actually stick.
How we work together
We start by building your hormonal blueprint... mapping your cycle, your hormonal shifts, and what those patterns actually look like in your day-to-day life. When does your energy drop? When do you overcommit and regret it two days later? When do things feel wonkier, harder or dysregulated?
Then we layer in your neurodivergent profile, looking at your specific traits and how they amplify or show up across the cycle. Where do you have more spoons? Where do things get louder? Where have you been blaming yourself for something that was actually just bad timing?
From there, it's about Noticing Patterns and Building Habits, embedding what you've learned into real decisions.
And finally, Sustainable Lifestyle Design, a working understanding of your own rhythms that changes how you plan, how you rest, and how you talk to yourself when things get hard, long after we finish.
You'll leave with strategies for managing sensory sensitivities, emotional swings, and executive function challenges, all built around your specific patterns and your actual life.
What Else is Included
➡️ A 30-minute workshop to get you started - so you arrive at your first session with a clear understanding of the cyclical framework, and we're ready to go, rather than spending our time on basics.
➡️ Personalised cycle charting tools - a neurodivergent-friendly template designed to get you implementing what you've already started to learn, in a way that actually works for your brain.
➡️ WhatsApp access - I check in on Mondays and Fridays, and you can reach out whenever you need to.
➡️ A reflection email after every session - so nothing gets lost and you've always got something to come back to.
➡️ Cycle Design, a 30-day cycle mapping course - to deepen your cycle knowledge between sessions, as you explore what it means to be in a body that cycles.
This runs alongside your coaching, giving you daily bite-sized audio lessons from day one of your period, so you're building your cycle knowledge between sessions and seeing it happen in real time in your body. By the time we finish, you're not relying on me to make sense of your body. You've got the tools to do it yourself.
What Makes This Different
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I offer coaching that’s…
- Built for neurodivergent minds, by someone who gets it from the inside.
- Accessible, no jargon, just practical support that works with your capacity, not against it.
- Focused on helping you become your own detective, so you uncover what works for you rather than following someone else's formula.
- Designed to help you integrate nervous system regulation and an understanding of your hormones into your actual life, not just your to-do list.
Knowing your cycle instinctively and being able to understand the messages your body gives you intuitively is NOT the same as logging on to an app to TELL you what is going on in your body!

After Working Together, You Will…
Understand your menstrual cycle
You’ll finally have a clear picture of your cycle and how it’s driving your energy, emotions, and focus.
No more wondering why you feel like two different people in the same week. You’ll be able to predict what’s coming and manage your energy and emotions with more peace and ease.
Cycle charting won’t be another task (on your endless to-do list), it’ll become a firm habit that's built into your life. You’ll track your mood, capacity, and traits in a way that actually fits your life, helping you plan your days, social events, and even those much-needed rest breaks.
And yes... even self-care will be part of the routine, not something you squeeze in when you're already exhausted.
Understand your neurodivergent traits
We’ll dig into how your neurodivergence shows up in your day-to-day, from those “Where did I put my keys?” moments to emotional spikes that make you want to hide under the duvet.
You’ll get clear on how your brain works and how to work with it, not against it.
Instead of feeling like you're constantly putting out fires, you'll know how to structure your time and capacity in a way that works for you. No more trying to fit into someone else's idea of 'productive.'
Understand the intersection of your hormones and neurodivergence
You’ll finally see how your hormones and neurodivergent traits impact each other (and why you’ve felt like you’ve been missing a piece of the puzzle).
No more “What’s wrong with me?” moments.
You’ll understand exactly what’s happening and why.
You’ll leave with a personalised, actionable plan to manage both your neurodivergence and your hormones.
Whether it’s tools for tracking your energy or strategies for tackling emotional swings, you’ll have everything you need to support yourself in the long term.
This isn’t a quick fix. It's a way of managing your emotions, energy and time, with boundaries to safeguard them.
1-to-1 coaching is perfect for you if you…
➡️ Are ready to start tracking your patterns and making changes that stick.
➡️ Want to understand how your menstrual cycle and neurodivergence intersect.
➡️ Are managing a hormonal condition like endo, PMDD, PCOS, or navigating perimenopause.
➡️ Want to discover your unique rhythms and develop self-care that fits your life.
It’s not for you if you...
❌ Don’t believe in learning from your own biological and neurological patterns.
❌ Still hoping you can outsmart your body instead of working with it.
❌ Want ready-made answers without investing in self-reflection.
❌ Are looking for a quick fix or a ‘done-for-you’ solution.
Why Me?
👉 I've lived through it. I've navigated PMS, masking, and the exhausting pressure to 'perform normal'. Like many of my clients, I've felt frustrated by one-size-fits-all advice that doesn't account for complex bodies and brains.
👉 Cyclical living changed things for me. Learning to work with my menstrual cycle and neurodivergence transformed how I manage my capacity, regulate my emotions, and stop running myself into the ground. This practice is now the foundation of how I support others.
👉 I bring 180+ hours of IPHM-recognised training in menstrual wellness and cyclical health, years of client experience, and deep ongoing study of neurodivergence and hormonal health. What I offer is practical, evidence-based support that helps you build trust in your own rhythm.

No, 12 sessions is the suggested structure, but not compulsory. Four sessions are the minimum to get started. The reason I suggest 12 is that whether we have weekly or biweekly calls, this ensures we work together for at least three months.
This time frame is really important for understanding how your menstrual cycle intersects with your neurodivergence and to develop micro habits like cycle charting.
Accountability is key here, so it’s not just something you start and stop after two weeks.
Standalone sessions are £85 for a single 60-minute session.
The 12-session programme is £1,200 - this includes WhatsApp check-ins, a reflection email after every session, and access to the Cycle Design 30-day course.
Employer-funded clients are charged at £150 per session.
Payment plans are available at no extra cost, and if you're coming through Access to Work, book a call, and we'll work out the best fit for your awarded amount.
If the numbers don't quite work, just reach out, we'll figure something out.
Absolutely! I’m very flexible with the way I work with Access to Work clients.
The funding provided can be used creatively to ensure you get the support you need, and I’m happy to adjust how we structure our sessions accordingly.
Yes! The 12 sessions are just a suggestion to help you build a strong foundation, but we can absolutely continue beyond that if you feel it’s beneficial.
We’ll tailor the coaching to what works best for you.
Yes, we can absolutely work out a payment plan that fits your financial situation at no additional cost.
My goal is to make sure coaching is accessible, so I’m happy to be flexible and spread the cost in a way that works for you.
Change takes time, especially when it comes to something as complex as managing neurodivergence alongside hormonal cycles.
However, many clients notice small shifts within the first month, whether it’s becoming more aware of patterns or feeling more in control of their energy.
The real transformation comes over the longer term, as we build these strategies into your daily life.
You’re not broken. You don’t need fixing. But you DO deserve to feel bloody amazing.
Let me ask you this...
What if instead of punishing yourself with stories like 'you're lazy' and 'unmotivated' and 'useless'...
You instead thought, "I'm creative," "empathetic," and "funny!"
Today is just a low-mood day, and that's ok. I know EXACTLY what my mind and body need to feel regulated rather than derailed by it.
What would that shift in perspective bring to your sense of identity and self-worth?
I want you to stop shrinking yourself into a world that was never designed for you.
I know you already know who you are, and you spent a whole bunch of time getting here.
What you deserve is to show up in your own life without endlessly performing and without bending yourself to fit a world that won't
Imagine being amidst the chaos and knowing you’ve got everything you need to bring yourself back to a place of peace, no matter what the day throws at you.
WITHOUT needing to change who you are to make it 'work'.
I'm here for that kind of acceptance and ease.
Are you?
