Hi, I’m Samantha, aka The Period Princess. I am a Menstrual Education Coach, Inclusion Specialist, and proud Autistic ADHDer.
🩸 I’m here to change the conversation around being in a body that bleeds!
Diagnosed with Autism and ADHD at 43, I finally understood why I’d been fiercely advocating for better menstrual wellness education (plus, social justice is kinda my thing).
Hormones rule everything… especially how we think, act and feel.
When I discovered this in 2020, I was obsessed!
I dove headfirst down the cyclical living rabbit hole. What started as a personal mission quickly turned into a passion to help others master their energy and emotions through cyclical living.
Before embracing cyclical living, I was stuck on a rollercoaster of what I thought were panic attacks and depression (actually autistic burnout and meltdowns).
Cyclical living became my anchor, my first and most impactful coping strategy. Post-diagnosis, everything clicked into place, and the pieces made sense.
I stopped second-guessing myself and started trusting my inner wisdom.
Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned.
Whether it’s delving into menstrual wellness or its powerful intersection with neurodivergence, I tailor my talks to fit your event or organisation.
Why more people need to hear this...
Menstrual health affects every body - Menstrual health isn’t just a personal issue; it’s a societal one. My workshops break the silence, challenge the stigma, and spark open conversations around menstrual wellness.
Hormones influence neurodivergent traits - The connection between neurodivergence and menstrual cycles is underexplored but vital. I decode this intersection, providing practical strategies to navigate the complexities of both.
