1. Who I Am

2. Description of Services
I provide educational content and coaching through:
- One-to-one coaching programmes
- Live and recorded workshops
- Self-guided digital products (such as "Root & Rise" and "Cycle Design")
- Online educational resources and downloads
Each service is described on the relevant page of my website. I reserve the right to update, adapt, or remove services at any time.
3. Fees and Payment
- Fees are listed clearly on each product or service page.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
- For subscriptions or coaching payment plans, you will be charged at the agreed intervals (e.g. monthly for 12 months). Stripe may charge a transaction fee - this is your responsibility.
- If payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, I reserve the right to pause or cancel access to services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Coaching:
- You may cancel or reschedule sessions with 24 hours’ notice. No refunds will be given for missed or late-cancelled sessions.
- Payment plans are binding unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Workshops & Products:
- Due to the digital nature of workshops, courses, and downloads, I do not offer refunds unless stated otherwise.
5. Confidentiality

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, audio, PDFs, graphics, and workshop materials, remain the intellectual property of Samantha Garstin. You are not permitted to copy, share, or distribute materials without written permission.
7. Health Disclaimer
My services are educational and supportive, not medical. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider for medical advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that any movement-based or self-guided practices are safe and appropriate for your own physical and mental health needs.
8. Liability
- I take care to offer services with clarity and integrity, but I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
- I am not liable for any loss, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from use of my services.
9. Data Protection
- I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO Registration No. ZA785063).
- All personal data is stored securely and processed in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising from your use of my services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
