
I teach a blend of vinyasa yoga and creative movement designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and mobility, so you can move more freely and feel better in your everyday life, not just on the mat. Scroll down to see what some of my lovely students have shared about their experience.
Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use. While props will be provided, you’re very welcome to bring your own blocks, blankets, or straps if you prefer. Wear comfy clothes that you can move easily in. If you have any questions or would like prop recommendations, just get in touch here.
